You know what your fitness level is and what you need to take it to the next level. Dont let your workout app get in the way. You tell Social Fit how long the work and rest periods should be, how many exercise you will do per round and how many rounds to do. Hit "Work-It" and Social Fit will take over and start playing your music and give you audible announcements of when to work and rest. When you finish your workout Social Fit will post the stats of our workout to Facebook® so you can have bragging rights with your friends, as long as your workout was harder then theres.
